Banking Technology Advisory
Technology decisions a Board can defend.
Mind Maprs provides independent, evidence-based technology advisory to banks and financial institutions in Bangladesh. We assess, score, compare, and recommend. The bank decides.
Why banks work with us
Five reasons
We have run it
Our practice is led by a former Executive Vice President and Head of IT and eBiz Operations of a scheduled bank, who ran a live core banking, card, and disaster recovery estate for eighteen years and served concurrently as CTO of the bank’s India operations.
We are independent
We hold no reseller, referral, or implementation relationships with the platforms we evaluate. Our advice is to the bank alone.
We work from evidence
Every finding is verified, scored, and referenced to the governing Bangladesh Bank clause. We distinguish between what is answered and what is evidenced.
We bring the bank, not only the technology
Our team includes Shariah, credit, trade finance, and general banking experts alongside systems, network, and information security specialists, with more than 100 years of combined banking and banking technology leadership.
We write for the Board
Our deliverables are built to be read by directors and inspectors: gap analyses with clause references, RAG-rated heat maps, sequenced roadmaps with budgets, and Board-ready presentations.
